Our knowledge of spices goes as far back as 3500 BCE, when ancient Egyptians used them not only to flavor food but also for cosmetics and mummification. Spices come from the seeds, fruits, roots, bulbs, and even edible bark of various plants, and truly, much of the flavor and color of our dishes has long been thanks to these natural elements.
Mazid began its journey in 2014 with the goal of standardizing this ancient industry through a knowledge-based approach. Over the years, by the grace of God and leveraging expert personnel and modern technology, Mazid has not only secured its position as a leading producer within the country but also expanded its reach by exporting products to other countries, including the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, and Iraq.
