Spices are the soul of food, with a history that spans thousands of years. Our knowledge of them dates back to 3500 BCE, when ancient Egyptians used spices not only to flavor food but also in cosmetics, personal care, and the mummification of their dead. Spices are derived from the seeds, fruits, roots, bulbs, and even the edible bark of various plants. Indeed, much of the flavor and color in our dishes throughout history is owed to these natural elements.

Mazid was founded in 2014 with the aim of standardizing this ancient industry through a knowledge-based approach. Over the years, with the grace of God, and by leveraging expert teams and modern technology, we have not only established our position as a leading producer in the domestic market but have also exported our products to other countries, including the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, and Iraq.

Mazid’s main focus is on designing and producing a wide range of products for three key sectors:

HoReCa: A variety of specialized raw and blended spices for use in restaurants, cafés, hotels, and industrial kitchens.

Food Manufacturing Industry: A wide range of raw and blended spices, as well as custom flavor creations, for use in the production lines of various food industry factories.

Home Use: A selection of spices and seasonings designed to make home cooking easier and more diverse.
